Turning stuff into trees and other plant-related stuff.

Other than Polymorph any Object is there anyway to turn stuff and creatures into trees? Or to create more trees other than planting seeds or that feather token? Curious about it. Also thinking of amusing applications of the above. A few castings of PaO on some rocks and you could have a instant forest right?

Also, awakened trees can move like animated objects of their size right?

Tangent: There wouldn't happen to be any rules or prices for bonsai trees somewhere would there?

Also, I figure that turning somebody into a tree is functionally similar to a Flesh to Stone spell. Research a Flesh to Tree spell, make it the same level and otherwise similar to FtS?

Source and name please? I checked CA and OA and didn't see any wu jen spells like this. Are there any other sources of wu jen spells?

Also, 'nother question bout awaken. Awaken says that that the tree has characteristics as a animated object except that its type is plant and it's mental scores are as described in the spell. However, animated objects are constructs and as such do not have con scores while plants do. So the do the awakened trees lack a con score and as such die immediately or what?

Not having a CON score is not the same as having a CON score of zero.
This might be an oversight, though. Have you looked into the errata? Maybe they corrected this.

Quirp, that spell is awesome. And found the wu jen spell. Arboreal transformation in CM. Pretty awesome.

Complete Champion has a 6th level druid spell that transforms the target into a woooden statue, so the flesh to stone thing is also covered. Instead of transforming the target instantly it takes DEX damage until it transforms at 0 DEX.

Yeah, but isn't he only transformed for rounds/level though?

But the the spell still fits thematically.
