Recently I've been reading the Malazan series by Steven Erikson, which was apparently inspired by a D&D campaign. One of the characters I'd love to emulate is Lady Envy, who most likely with her charisma was built around the sorceress concept. Goal: beautiful, humorously pragmatic, and able to force allies and enemies alike to do ridiculously humiliating things.

So what cool things should I remember to do as a spontaneous Enchantment caster? Bonus points if they're extremely funny. This list should include stuff like gaining lifelong minions (hurrah!), stealing conscious will at a kiss, secretly implanting subroutines into ally minds when they're asleep... and so forth. The works, if you will. Thanks!

I'm not at all familiar with the character, but I'll try to make a few suggestions.
Unsettling Enchantment (CM)- A decent feat that penalizes the enemy even if they save against your spell.
Entice Gift (SpC)- Hilarious spell. If the subject fails their save, they have to spend an action giving you whatever you were holding. Obviously because you are so pretty.

Classes to consider:
Eldritch Theurge (Sorc/War)- Beguiling Influence and Charm would be all but required invocations.
Thrall of Malconthet (Drg 353)- 7/10 casting class. You become a succubus, tons of bonuses to Charisma.

some more spells you might want to look at:
Dominate Person/Monster and (Mass) Suggestion: from the PHB, obvious

Bothersome Babble from CM hinders the speech of the target so it can't tell the captain of the guard the truth about you

the Draconomicon has several great spells like Miser's Envy, Cheat and Phantasmal Thief

CAdv includes Mindless Rage, a spell that can help you to create even more infighting in a group

Yoke of Mercy and Wages of Sin are both from the BoED, but might still be useful to weaken your enemy

Cruel Disappointment is a great spell from the BoVD that lets an enemy fail on his next roll, but makes him believe he succeeded
False Sending is from the same book and can lead enemies on a false trail, while Mindrape is the best spell ever for any self respecting enchantress

other interesting spells might include the Image line from the PHB (be creative), Hideous Laughter (PHB), Grease/Resinous Tar (PHB/CM), Backbitter (CArc), Distract Assailant (CAdv) and Bigby's Slapping Hand (CM).

EDIT: you might also want to look at the skill trick (CSc) that allows you to hide your casting

Programmed Amnesia is in the spell compendium. Use it when you can get the drop on the target and make them think there madly in love with you and desperate to win/win back your favor. Or that your there mother using a bit of magic to play at being another creature for one or two mortal life times just cause you'll live forever and it's fun to do that every few mellinia.

Be warned though, it's a 9th lvl spell and has a long behind casting time.

Another way to do this might be to invest in bluff-o-mancy. Basically, keep max class skill ranks in Bluff, get 5 ranks in anything that gives a synergy bonus too it, buy any skill tricks that help it, have a masterwork tool for it, and buy a +30 custom item to the check and make heavy use of Guidance of the Avatar and Glibness, and then load up an Item Familiar and use all the bonus form it into bluff. Also load up on forgery to create documents and badges and stuff to use as props to make your lies more believable. You don't have to cast a spell on the evil necromancer to make him believable with every fiber of his being that he's really just a harmless little ant, just tell him he is and roll the die, which will get you there even on a nat 1!

Oh, yeah, and Heighten Spell is great for when you want that Charm person to work at higher levels.

Also, don't forget, a DM that isn't gonna ruin your fun with mind blank is big here. As well as perhaps the use of auto resetting spell traps on the grip of your walking stick or the sole of your boot for the afor-mentioned Guidance of the Avatar and Glibness if you go for bluffing.
