I know the stat changes to increase a monster's size, found on page 291 of the Monster Manual, but I haven't been able to find anything about the stat changes from reducing a monster's size. I'm looking because I'd like to make more anthropomorphic animals, and it's general knowledge that I'm sure will come in handy.
You may try to invert the table by yourself.
Exemple:
Diminutive Tiny +2 -2 Same Same -2
Becomes
Tiny Diminutive -2 +2 Same Same +2
You have to multiply score adjustments by -1.

Have you tried the Dungeonbred template, found in Dungeonscape?

For a player to apply that to an animal and then anthropomorphize it would be quite cheesy. Str & Con should be lower when the monster gets smaller.

It's definitely not what they did for the anthropomorphic animals that reduce in size. Besides, I'm hoping for an official source so I don't have to concern my DM with homebrew.

The Dungeonbred template doesn't take into account size modifiers to ability scores.
For example, if applied to a Huge creature, the template's bonuses are added after the size modifiers.
