How would one go about making the standard sorcadin but using stricly pathfinder material only? The base build of pal 2/sorc 4 would still hold, but where would one proceed from there?

4 levels in Dragon Disciple followed by 10 in Eldritch Knight could work fairly well.

Mostly as you normally would.
Just that there is no way to have 16 Bab AND 9th level spells at 20.

I'll have some ideas later (CHA based, alt PrC casting, etc...)

Incorrect
For BAB
Sorcerer 6->3 BAB
Paladin 2-> 2 BAB
Arcane Archer 10->10 BAB
Loremaster 2-> 1 BAB
3+2+1+10=16
----
For spellcasting:
Only the paladin levels fail to advance casting, so you cast as a level 18 sorcerer at level 20. Thus you have 9th level spells known and slots available for them.
-~-~-~-
This requires you to be a human, so you get 8 feats; the number doesnt matter but the timing for the feats does. You start as a Paladin, progress to Sorcerer, followed by Arcane archer and end with Loremaster.

Do what you will with the level 18 feat.

Too bad pathfinder arcane archer is a 7/10 casting class, netting you 7th level spells by level 20 with your build. It also requires BaB +6 and Paladin 2 Sorcerer 6 only has +5.

The already suggested Paladin 2 / Sorcerer 4 / DD 4 / EK 10 seems the best option, ending up with BaB +17 and 8th level spells.

Missing a BAB point was an oversight on my part.

Infuriating.

With regards to Bab/Casting,
If you want 9th level spells then the highest possible Bab is 12 (technically 12.25 max if using Fractional Bab)
Paladin 2 > 2 Bab
Sorcerer 14 > 7 Bab
Spherewalker (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/prestige-classes/other-paizo/s-z/spherewalker) 4 > 3 Bab
2+7+3= 12

Spherewalker is the ONLY Full Arcane Casting that has better than 1/2 Bab.

If you can make do with 8th level spells, then you can easily get 16+ Bab by going the Eldritch Knight route.

I have now updated my Class Dip/PrC (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?p=12613046#post12613046) guide to include a "minimum lost Caster Level breakdown". 5th Spoiler Box in the 3rd post.

More back on topic.
I suggest Paladin 2/Oracle 1 as the "melee" base.
Oracle > Lore Mystery > Sidestep Secret lets you use CHA instead of DEX for AC and Ref Saves.
Also, throw on the feat Noble Scion (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/noble-scion), Scion of War version to get CHA instead of DEX to Initiative checks.
Now you can DUMP DEX and never look back. You'll only need STR/CON/CHA.
INT is optional for Skill Points, and WIS isn't really necessary because all your classes have high Will Saves, and you have CHA to Will from Paladin anyway.

Worth noting that one of the confirmed classes for Paizo's upcoming PRC focused book in the next few months is for Paladins of the PF god of magic (I don't know if it will be a gish or Mystic Fire Knight type thing though).

Psionics easily get bab 16 with full casting. If you have psionics expanded its even easier.
