Flurry of blows and soulbow

I was reading the soulbow description and it states that any feat that is designed for the mind blade (like weapon specialization) also works on the mind arrows.

The feat flowing blade is specifically designed for the mind blade (lets you use it as a monk special weapon for flurry of blows)

Would you rule that you can flurry mind arrows with it?

Yep. It's not like it helps all that much, though.

You can dip a lot so you get tons of arrows.

It's a novelty at best though

You could get lots of arrows anyway. This just gives you an extra arrow.

Actually I did have a build in mind to optimize that: take tashalatora and designate Soulbow as your psionic class (with 1 level of monk and 10 levels of Soulbow you get the full flurry with 2 more attacks at full BAB with no penalties)

combine that with zen archery + rapid shot and a full BAB class

you get Wisdom to AC, Wisdom to hit, Wisdom to damage + 2 extra attacks

and fluff wise it's easy to imagine

Sounds very Street Fighter.

Monk is a fine dip. It's levels 3+ where it struggles to justify its existence.

This sounds sorta like a Zen Archer archetype from PF. Only with a 3 feat tax and a lower BAB while flurrying.

and still having a monk's MAD to a degree (needs dex).

Would be a neat multiclass option in 3.P though.
