Does the speed buff from the Quick trait (UA) stack with a Barbarian's Fast Movement (PHB)?

Yes. Pretty much all speed bonuses are untyped, so they stack.

Speed boosts stack, yeah. Expeditious Retreat would stack with fast movement, a monks and barbarians fast movements stack, so does the quick trait.

By the way, a Barbarian with Quick and the Run feat can run 250' in 6 seconds. Extrapolating only slightly, he can run 330' (100 meters) in just under 8 seconds :smalleek:

Nitpick: many speed boosts are untyped; monks get a specifically enhancement bonus to their speed, which does not stack with expeditious retreat. However, barbarian fast movement is untyped, and trait and feat bonuses are usually untyped as well.

I've always loved buidling 'speed demon' characters. It's not really mechanically effective, but it's fun!

A person with a 100' move speed with the Run feat can move at 500 feet per six seconds, going full tilt.
That's 83 feet per second.
5,000 feet per minute.
300,000 feet per hour.
100-foot move speed (easily acheivable) means you're running at 56 miles per hour.
I once built a character with the sole purpose of being able to run full-tilt at 88 miles per hour.

And thus being able to travel in time. Farlanghan would be pleased.

The bonuses mentioned in the OP do stack, but enhancement bonuses like Expeditious Retreat, Longstrider, and Haste do not.
