A few cosmetic notes firsts, to improve viewing.

In order of importance:

Resize your Table, it looks too big. I got a warning once when my image was only 1 pixel to large. I now make sure all my images are 399 pixels in width or less.
Space between each new class ability. People go tl;dr when something is an unbroken textblock.
Add a =head to your table. so [/table=head] [/table/]
Center the image, and the quote below it.
Center the Table.
Use Fort, Ref/Reflex, and Will. Some people like to complain when they are not like listed like that.
Bold the words in the table's Head.

Now for the class stuff.

How long does the Additional Damage last? Is it one attack, all attacks within a round, within a time frame? The encounter?

I think the Uncanny Dodges should just say the ability or at least say "As Barbarian", so they know where to look in the PHB.

That's all I have.
I believe I'll use this if I ever go to make a Rogue like character meant more for combat and less trapsfindings.

It's intended to be more of a mix of ninja, monk, and rogue.

I forgot add trap-finding.

Innitiate abilities are going to include a flurry of blows, a stunning fist, deflect arrows, and increased speed. As well as Minor permanent effects (such as a blur effect for 20% concealment, and two weapon fighting).

Novice abilities are going to include an ability to decrease a single mind effect by one category, the ability to remain standing at negatives, and the ability to move along vertical surfaces. As well as slightly improved minor permanent effects (such as a +1 to weapon damage (typeless destructive energy).

Inceptor abilities will include a bonus to disguise or hide (using illusions), the ability to strike over a distance and the ability to copy illusion spells of 2nd level or lower, a semi-solid shadow-plane summon, and moderate permanent effects (+1d6 damage to attacks) such as improved two weapon fighting.

Medias Abilities are to include: the ability to mimick Shadow Conjuration, the ability to form a weapon from shadow, and the ability to strike past armor (though dealing only 'bonus damage') as well as the ability to mimic first level arcane evocation spells (such as mage armor).

Savant abilities are to include: greater Flurry, 3rd level or lower illusion spell mimicry, a fully formed Shadow-Twin, a shadow variant flaming burst enhancement, greater two weapon fighting, etc.

Some of these abilities will have a semi-permanent Ki cost. In being that, so long as they are active, the Ki used for them is for lack of a better word... dedicated.
