It seems to me like some of the most fun and class-altering abilities, features, feats and whatnot in the game are those that allow you to use a different stat than usual to determine an important number. It occurred to me that I don't really know of that many, though, and I'm wondering if there are a bunch that I'm missing.
There's Weapon Finesse for Dex to attack and Dervish Dance for Dex to damage, and Guided Hand for Wis to attack. Someone in another thread here mentioned an Oracle mystery (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/oracle/mysteries/paizo---oracle-mysteries/nature) that would allow you to use Charisma instead of Dex for AC. The Empyreal (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/sorcerer/archetypes/paizo---sorcerer-archetypes/wildblooded/empyreal) sorcerer bloodline will let you cast arcane spells from Wis.
