[3.PF] An evil God of prophecy.

For an upcoming BBEG I need a Cleric who worships a God that has a basis in fortune-telling and prophecy but is also evil. I can't come up with one off the top of my head, can any of you help me?

IN Pathfinder: Rovagug, and Groetus. go make a search at the paizo forums, you'll see plenty of hits. Groetus is more chaotic neutral.
