3.5 Stat blocks

Hi.

Are there any topics already that list stat blocks for villains (or allies) of various levels for the lazy DM? Alternatively are there handy resources available to quickly generate some NPCs?

There are many premade NPCs of low levels in Complete adventurer and Heroes of Battle. Both have them at the back of the book. The Races of X series also has several NPCs of each race detailed within which can easily be adapted to any other race.
