Here's the competition: Make a character as with as many class features that are A) useful B) Complement each other and C) don't just rely on spells to emulate class features. High power is as important as versatility. The Classes to be used are a 10 level Gestalt of Warrior\\Spellcaster both of which are from Unearthed Arcana.

It will be a 20 level build and double Prestige is allowed to account for the remaining 10 levels.

Don't have the time to run up a full sheet right now, but here's the basics:

Generic Warrior10/Unseen Seer1/Ghost-Faced Killer3/Avenging Executioner2/Unseen Seer+1/Avenging Executioner+3//Generic Arcane Spellcaster (Charisma)10/Dread Witch5/Spellsword5

Good feats for the Generic selections would be Familiar, (Improved) Evasion, (Improved) Sneak Attack, Smite Good, maybe even Favoured Enemy.

Otherwise you'll want to look into Fear-related feats like Dreadful Wrath, Imperious Command, Fell Frighten, the Snatch Trophy/Bloodsoaked Intimidate line and similar. You'll also want THF feats like Power Attack, Leap Attack and Shock Trooper.

This build is devoted to delivering a ton of Fear effects on a stealthy-gishy base that benefits from a high CHA (mainly by Smite) that, surprise surprise, is also your casting stat. You're getting basic Sneak Attack off of Generic "feats", using Unseen Seer to improve it and then getting Sudden Strike from GFK and Avenging Executioner with it. Dread Witch greatly improves your Fear spells and Spellsword gives you Channel Spell delivery. Avenging Executioner gives you Move Action Intimidate and an Intimidate-like ability on killing opponents. Ghost-Faced Killer tops it off by giving you a SoD on your target that bases off your CHA, and an AoE Fear with an absolutely ridiculous DC (once you get PA+LA+ST going).
