Just that. If I have a total of +8 in Cha adjustments from 3 templates(+4, +2, +2), do they stack?

Unfortunately I can't provide any quote from books, but the answer is definitevely yes.

I stand by the reasoning that at the least they are untyped bonuses from different sources.
Some RAW would help, but I'd settle for a mass popular opinion.

They indeed stack, the only exception being templates that "set" an ability score (a nonability stays a nonability unless otherwise noted, while other fixed scores depends on the order in wich templates are applied, wich for multiple inherited templates depends on DM's decision).

They stack, unless something specific prevents that.

Hmm... I can't think of any RAW saying either way, standard convention is that they do without a doubt stack though.
