Are there any other Prc that advance binding and caster levels?

Aside from Anima Mage and Tenebrous Apostate, are there any other prestige classes that advance both soul binding and caster/manifester levels?

I would prefer RAW, but homebrew is fine.

The only PrC's that I know of for Binders are in Tome of Magic.

Homebrew/DanDwiki might have some though

Edit: I think Tome of Magic was one of the last things created in 3.5 but I'll need to check
