Red Psionicist [Red Wizard's on Power Points]

So, how would one adjust the Red Wizard to Psionics? :smallconfused: I mean since they can't prohibit any disciplines... How would Circle magic work? (Or... erm... Hive Mind) I lack an understanding of Psionics, I'll admit it... but i understand it enough to allow it in my games and one of my players asked me to develop something similar to Red Wizard's Circle Magic for Psionics... so how would you alter this obviously arcane based class? :smallconfused:

But as far as directly translating the class, breaking the primary balancing rule of psionics is a very bad idea.
