I want a very tiny familiar. Preferably as small as a coin if possible, heck, even smaller if possible.

Where do I look? What do I do, ect, ect. Smallest I seem to find is Diminutive, for the Thrush.

I can't beat the Thrush for size, but I can match it. Imp. Familiar in Pathfinder lets you have a sprite (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/fey/sprite) clocking in at a mighty 9 inches and massive 1-2 pounds, in case you'd rather have Tinkerbell instead of a bird.

Ooooh. heck yea.
Hot Dayum. I'm Chaotic Neutral too. ~<3
(Not to be mistaken with Chaotic-Stupid)
This is perfect~
Perhaps I can make it even smaller with a Reduce Monster spell, made Permanent.

How about a Companion Figurine (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/companion-figurine)? It's a bit pricey though.

You could get a hummingbird in 3.5. I'm not really sure on the rules for what carried over to PF though so it might not count.

As far as size: The Bee Hummingbird is only 2.75 inches long and it only weighs 2.2 grams, that's about half as long an 1/10th the weight of a thrush.

Little necro'ing but in the same Dragon (#323) as the Hummingbird is the Fly familiar. It too uses the thrush stats but it's size is Fine. It's bonus is +3 gather information and it's typically associated with diviner specialists.

Start with any familiar at all.
1) Cast flesh to stone on your familiar, your familiar is now an object
2) Cast animate object on your Familiar Statue it is now a construct
3) Cast Incarnate Construct on your Animated Familliar statue It is now a "Giant"
4) Cast Return to nature on your Incarnated Construct animated familiar statue it permanently shrinks 1 size catageory repeat as needed.

In other news, you probably lose a fair chunk of XP and no longer have a valid target for Share Spells.

Your familliar never actually dies so you won't loose the xp but the share spell thing can be a problem untill....

5) Once your familliar has reached the desired size cast flesh to stone on it agian

6) cast stone to flesh to return it to being an alive albeit microscopic familliar.
