Character Concept: Snake Man. Up to interpretation.
Current thoughts for Class:
Serpent Shaman (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/druid/archetypes/paizo---druid-archetypes/serpent-shaman) Druid (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/druid) Idea will be to summon snakes, use poison etc.
or
Synthesist (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/summoner/archetypes/paizo---summoner-archetypes/synthesist) Summoner (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/summoner) Have Eidolon be Snake-Like/Naga-esque

Current thoughts for Race:
Ophidian Anumus (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/races/3rd-party-races/alluria-publishing/anumus)
Nagaji (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/races/races-of-the-dragon-empires/nagaji)
Vishkanya (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/humanoids/vishkanya)

I'm listing this here because this is the first time I've forced a build.
Inspirational Sources:
Orochimaru (Naruto)
Snake (Kuroshisuji/Black Butler)
Orochibito from MTG: Kamigawa Arc
Naga or any Snake People in General.

Feat Ideas:
Snake Style, no real reason other than flavour and the nice miss= AoO
Weapon Finesse (for a Dex Build)
Improved Initiative/Quick Draw, Strike First Strike Fast.

Weapons
Finesse Blade Primary
Bow Secondary
Dagger Tertiary

In conclusion, any suggestions towards this build?
*To me from various sources Naga are effectively the snake equivalent of Centaur, I'm not sure where this "no-arms" business came about. Just in case your view of a Naga differs.*

Well, aside from wanting to be very snakey, what do you want your character to do? Any particular role to play? Some special ability that you really have your eye on? Just to help narrow it down a little bit.

Haha, not really.
Probably Primary Melee for the Summoner
And Secondary for the Druid.
With casting being the alternate role.
Likelihood of a scout type role is almost guaranteed with my group.
Probably a Support Melee role overall, my fellow players nova in one role and lack in everything else for the most part.
Skills aiming for movement as well as class based necessities with perception and sense motive.

Cha/Wis* and Dex high.
Con and Cha/Wis* mid.
Int and Str low.
*Swap Cha and Wis as appropriate for casting.

Special Ability-wise: An effective and reliable method of poisoning an enemy.

Build Level 15.

Well, if scouting is a strong possibility for you, I would say drop the Synthesist Summoner route. They have too few skills (eidolon has no skills) and none of them are stealth related. You best bet is to go Serpent Shaman Druid with the Trickery Domain or a Shapeshifter Ranger. If you go the Ranger route, refluff one of the aspects to be more snakey.

That's what I like pathfinder skills, you can take any of them. Class skills just give a bonus. You can take any of them.

I suppose Dragon could be more snake-like, if I were to go Ranger.
And scouting could easily done for either of those two as scouting for our group just involves being the guy to look around the corner, or duck his head to see if anything bad happens.

Ophiduans (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/psionics-unleashed/races/ophiduan) are pretty snakey, if you ask me, and they get a bonus to WIS, which would help your druiding. If you have Psionic Expanded: Unlimited Posibilities you can find some alternate racial traits that can adjust them a bit, depending on your preferences

I have settled upon a Synthesist Summoner using the Serpentine Eidolon. As I want it to have the Final Embrace (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/final-embrace-combat) Feat (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/final-embrace-horror-combat) Tree (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/final-embrace-master-combat)
Now it's all just a question of what race.

Ophiduan (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/psionics-unleashed/races/ophiduan) (Thank you Nameless for finding this)
Pros: That Bite, Naturally Psionic,
Cons: Negative Charisma, Bite is 1/day
Overall: Considering

Ophidian Anumus (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/races/3rd-party-races/alluria-publishing/anumus)
Pros: Bonus to weak saves.
Cons: Negative Charisma
Overall: Meh, Pass.

Nagaji (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/races/races-of-the-dragon-empires/nagaji)
Pros: Bonus to Strength and Charisma (where I like them), Bonus against mind affecting, effects and poison, Other snake related goodness.
Cons: Not really. Low Int means low skills.
Overall: Meh, Considering, it has no real downside other than a skill loss.

Vishkanya (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/humanoids/vishkanya)
Pros: Bonus to Dexterity and Charisma (good places), Poison Use, Naturally Toxic, other Snake related goodies.
Cons: Any?
Overall: Good choice. Considering

Final Thoughts: If only there was a way to combine the Vishkanya with the Ophiduan and make the bite more than 1/day, well you'd probably have a level adjustment race. But that would be the ideal. I like the natural bite to go along with the constrict angle I'm looking at.

New Stat Perspective for the character.
High: Strength (For Constrict), Charisma (for Casting)
Med: Constitution (for Poison and HP), Dexterity (Ranged Weapon and AC)
Low: Wisdom and Intelligence.

Also thinking of updating the Extaminar from Champions of Ruin to be Pathfinder level.
-2 Str +2 Dex, medium, 30 ft., speak with animals (snakes only) at will, charm animal (snakes only) 3/day, rogue, humanoid (human), champions of ruin pg.14
Info Spoilered because I'm not sure if it crosses a line but here's a disclaimer
I do not own, or claim to own this information, Extaminar, Champions of Ruin, Dungeons and Dragons, all associated properties and right are owned by Wizards of the Coast
I've used it before to make a snake Druid in 3.5 using snakes to assassinate people. Included mainly for it's ability to speak with snakes (thus better able to command them)
