Statting up fictional characters

We have lots of requests for this type of thing. Why not get a thread dedicated for it going? Ask for requests, Respond to requests with your builds, stat up characters just for your own amusement and to share them with the community. You get the gist.

My request is Tobias from Animorphs. Or, perhaps, Tomba from his own game.

All the Animorphs would be Wildshape rangers with Extra Wildshape and the nonspellcasting variant from Complete Warrior or better yet Commomers (maybe Warrior for Jake and Rachel) with the Divine Minion Feat. Needing to touch the animals is basically a super strict reading of being Familiar.

After Tobias gets stuck as a hawk he would just be an Awakened Falcon until he's made an Animorph again and reaquires himself then he's an awakened falcon version of whatever the rest of the animorphs are.

Oh, they need to pick up Abberrant Wildshape and other such feats too; since animorphs can become all sorts of aliens.
