D20 Modern Battle Mind

Hello everyone,

Just like to ask for people's input on the kind of optimization that could be achieved for the Battle Mind psionic class available in the D20 Modern core book. With a twist!

This is an "anything D20" type of setting. So if it adheres to a d20 systems rules then I can use it. That said how can I go about optimizing a Battle Mind and what options are available?

I don't know much about Modern, but its mechanics aren't balanced on the same principles as the better d20 psionics supplements.

Any chance modern's 3.0-era psionics could be translated into the 3.5-era system?
(Or the reverse, if it had to.)
