Transmutation Domain Power

I've been looking up stuff for a Transmuter, a few places make references to how Domain Granted Power from Complete Champion is incredible with the Transmutation Domain's granted power.. but I can't find any mention of the Transmutation Domain (except people going "wow this is so great!"), could anyone help me out here? What's the power?

Transformation domain from Races of Eberron casts all transmutations at +1 CL. Could that be it?
