Okay, my party has put two of the campaign's villains in the ground as of last session, so it's time to move on up the chain.

Next up for problem people is the former queen of a country of half-elves.

Her people were invaded by the Solarians (main country of game), specifically under the orders of Prince Ulric (killed last session along with his brother). The queen's husband (who was the ruler) was poisoned at a feast before the major battle, and so she feels her entire country was disgraced and dishonoured by the Solarian army, so she is plotting the downfall of the country.

Originally, she was planning to assassinate Ulric, but that plan has gone south as you can imagine.

She is currently a minor noble in the Solarian court (they do that with heads of state from conquered nations) and commands an impressive group of loyal half-elven soldiers and skillful spies posing as handmaidens. She is seen as somewhat of an idol to refugees of her homeland (which has been salted and burned)

I was considering a few options for her build:

1. Bhu's homebrew Onna-Bugeisha (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showpost.php?p=8263846&postcount=141) with Tsujigiri (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showpost.php?p=8651083&postcount=209) prestige class, illustrating her upbringing as a warrior of court, and allowing for her mad lust for vengeance and love of war to be present mechanically, with her handmaidens being Onna-Bugeisha with the Kagemusha (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showpost.php?p=8357050&postcount=150) prestige.

2. Her being a bard/warchanter with a "knight" who is a barbarian/ronin/frenzied berserker who she inspires into massive rages.

3. the reverse of the above, with one of her handmaidens being the bard/warchanter and her being the negative AC "suicide build" as it were.

Any suggestions are welcome, as well as any questions for clarification or observations of things that don't work or need fixing.

I prefer this build. Not only is it a stronger stand-alone character build but, knowing the party, this build would cause more trouble for your players. A bard/warchanter atop this build will be massive trouble.

I personally find the class and prestige class a little broken, but they work well together and are an easy party destroyer.

I don't know she seems more like a robin hood character than a vilain to me:D

I don't knwo the level but something bard-like or beguiler seems like a good idea and can make a good diplomancer that uses skills and guile to confuse the characters. Try the vilain from the Crimson Throne campaign path from Paizo. She appears on the last part, A Crown of Fangs. She is also a bard/aristocrat. The adventure also includes some nice RP tips and useful combat and non-combat tacts with only core rules :D if you add some more material, she can be a really good vilain (more thatn she already is)
