Title says it all. Any thing that restores any number of hit points will do, so long as it is non-magical.

Healing Salve is pretty much this. (Not the Magic Item Compendium one, that's a magic item and completely different)

Thank you. That does the job nicely.

Blessed Bandages will auto stabilize people. Not HP recovery per se, but I thought it was worth a mention

If you happen to be a Warforged, a masterwork Artisan's Tool will help you heal faster.

Burn Salve (Dragon 301 p53), Cooling Gel (Dragon 280 p51), and Frost Lotion (Dragon 301 p54) are all alchemical items that will heal specific types of energy damage.

I ran into this problem myself, and just homebrewed a quick solution by allowing "herbal treatments" either as a potion, poultice, salve, whatever that require the same materials cost as magic potions, but no XP and sell for... I forget. Something cheaper than the standard magic, anyway, and limited to restoring xd8+nothing hp.

Silithar healing blood gives you fast healing, and the silithar heart can heal once a day when you're almost dead.

Healing Nodules from the Magic of Eberron graft of the same name. You make one Potion of Cure Serious Wounds (with a caster level of your character level) each hour. Once per day you can shut off this production and instead make a potion of Remove Disease.

The Arm of the Ancestor graft allows you to grant fast healing 3 for a number of rounds equal to half your hit dice, once every hour.

Unlike grafts from other books, these grafts are specifically non-magical.

Bitterleaf oil. Costs 25 gp for 10 doses, speeds up natural healing by 1 HP per HD per day (max 5 HP/day).

Edit: It's from Races of the Dragon.

Every time I see grafts in books, they are specifically called out as not being magic items once attached to a creature (though they require magic to make).

PF has got a 100gp mundane healing solution.

Troll-Styptic (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/equipment---final/goods-and-services#TOC-Troll-Styptic)

Though it only heals up to a maximum of 16HP and a minimum of 4HP. And there is a fair chance of becoming sickened through the whole healing process, though it is not too big of a problem when used outside of combat.

Also, it does wonders for your scales.
