[3.5] Level 1-3 [Water] spell?

Kinda simply what it says in the title. I'm looking for a non-core level 1-3 spell with the [Water] descriptor, on the Cleric list. It's for qualification for Elemental Savant. I already have Create Water and Water Walk from core.

It also can't be [Chaotic] or [Evil].

Axiomatic storm from the spell compendium is a 3rd level cleric spell that is a lawful water spell

Use Substitute Domain (CC) to get access to either the Blackwater domain in Stormwrack for Pressure Sphere, or the Spell domain to use Anyspell to cast Swim all in Spell Compendium. Once you can cast 4th level spells you can replace that with Wall of Water in Sandstorm.
