If you are new to d&d, straight druid is probably a better idea. You won't worry so much abouut picking sorc spells known.

Also when asking for help, try to state starting level and sources allowed.

No Homebrew, No Unearthed Arcane, level 4, Race is to be decided.

the sorcerer class was only so i could get the draconic claws feat, also Dragon/dragonblood race would be wanted due to Dragonslayer Claws

I'm considering Druid, or another spellcaster

Stats: Highest score in Wisdom, 2nd highest in Con.

Feats:
1. Spell Focus Conjuration
3. Augment Summoning
6. (when you get here) Natural Spell

Skills: Max ranks in the Druid's 3 most important skills: Concentration, Spellcraft and Knowledge (Nature). Put the rest of your skill points wherever you want, depending on what else you want to do.

When you get to level 8, come back to us, and we'll think about what level 9 feat to choose.

...From all my knowledge, sorcerer doesn't give you the Dragonblooded type. Or the ability to qualify for any draconic feats.
