I have a cleric that has taken the feat from PHB2 called Profane Aura. I effectively spend a turning charge and give everything in a 60 foot radius total concealment. Undead get a +2 deflection bonus, but that's more of an aside.

The concealment is not bias, so everyone has to deal with it, from my understanding.

I need to make it so i am not affected by it. Ideally not overly expensive. My current class is a 12th level cleric.

Get some Blindsight.

There are Cleric spells for just that in the Spell Compendium. The cheapest way I know of to get it in item form is the Blindsighted weapon enhancement from Underdark.

Note that it's only total concealment if they are not adjacent to one another. Anyone who moves next to anyone else in the cloud only has concealment (20%) relative to that person.

Blindfold of True Darkness (MIC), 9,000 gp and it gives you Blindsight 30 ft. You can't use normal vision when wearing it, but it would definitely be a big advantage in that cloud.

Note that the PH2 errata specifies that the mist lasts for 10 minutes.
