Hello again everyone,

My DM asked me to change my character class for a level or two, as we are needing someone a little less squishy for our kingmaker campaign, the group consisted of this:

Ratfolk Ranger/guide
Dwarf Cleric/Evangelist
Elf Sorcerer
Human Magus/Bladebound (Me)

So I have changed to a Fighter/Gladiator, and I'm going to have two levels of fighter, then go straight magus after,

Put I wondered if it was worth doing this:

1 - Weapon Focus (Bastard Sword), Dazzling Display, Exotic Weapon Profiency (Bastard Sword), Performance Weapon Master
2 - Heroic Display
3 - Performance Combatant

My Stats are this:
Strength: 18
Dex: 11
Consitution: 14
Intellegence: 16
Wisdom: 7
Charisma: 14

Only Paizo stuff is allowed

Edit: Oh and we are allowed traits, and My DM let me take Magical Knack: Magus, so the two levels of Fighter will hurt less.

Why is this a problem in the first place? None of these characters should be particularly squishy if played right, especially not magus with all his defensive spells. Unless the sorcerer is a blaster, the cleric a healer, and the ranger rolled low on his hp. In fact, the ranger would be much better served with a couple of levels as a Fighter. Multiclassing a magus will only cripple both your defensive and offensive abilities. :smallconfused:
