Are there rules in any sourcebooks on what Animal Companions a Tiny sized Druid can have?

The same as any other druid? Animal companions don't depend on the druid's size, I'm fairly certain.

Heck, the guy could even ride on his Riding Dog animal companion...in a Howdah.

I don't think my DM would allow that, there's only so much awesome one character can have... And a Howdah on a dog would be so much swag...
