Are there any ways to add spells from another list to a PF sorcerer? I really want murderous command on my enchantment focused, fey-bloodline sorcerer.

Pathfinder Savant (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/prestige-classes/other-paizo/n-r/pathfinder-savant)
It is a 6/7 Casting class,
At each class level beyond 1st, the Pathfinder savant chooses a spell from any class’s spell list and thereafter treats it as if it were on the spell list of his base spellcasting classes; if his base class could not normally cast that spell, it is treated as 1 level higher.

Although, I would check with your DM to see if you can get that to apply to Spells KNOWN right away. As it is pointless to ever add a spell already on your list to your list (thus you can NEVER make use of the "same level" option).

Alternately, the Daivrat (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/prestige-classes/other-paizo/c-d/daivrat) can get you "off-list" spells, but for your purposes it is a strictly worse option than Savant (more restrictions/fewer off-list spells/etc...)

Hmm, I never think about prestige classes in PF. Hoped for an obscure feat, but I suppose there's no such thing. Thanks.

If you are able to use 3.5 PrCs, the Wyrm Wizard (DrM) can do this - It loses more caster levels than the PF Savant and learns an off-list spell every two levels (instead of on 2nd-7th), but the level of the spell is not increased at all. The entry requirements are also a little easier in that you just need a single metamagic feat, whereas the PF Savant demands two garbage feats as payment (slightly less painful for Wizards, since they already have Scribe Scroll anyway).

There's also the Recaster (Races of Eberron), which is actually quite good, but restricted to Changeling characters.

The only feat that I know of that does similar is Paladin only.
Unsanctioned Knowledge (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/unsanctioned-knowledge).

Otherwise for NON-Sorc/Wiz, there is always Improved Eldritch Heritage > Arcane Bloodline, but that only gets you 3 spells tops for 3 feats.

Hmm, this is going to be another "Ask your DM" thing, but...
Regarding Savant's ability... if I take a spell that IS on the Sorc/Wiz list, but is a LOWER level from another class, does that mean I can use it at the OTHER classes level?
I'm asking cause Summoner (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/spell-lists-and-domains/spell-lists---summoner)...
Most of a Summoner's level 6's are actually Sorc/Wiz 8's.
Special mention to Dominate Monster (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/d/dominate-monster) and Teleportation Circle (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/t/teleportation-circle) which as Sorc/Wiz 9's!

Well, any of those solutions are a long way from level one in a pbp. I'll just have to live with other enchantments instead. Don't know why murderous command WOULDN'T be on the wizard list in the first place.

The only other option would be to dip a level of Cleric or Oracle, but that's probably not optimal either...

On the other hand, Pathfinder Savant loses 1 level of casting anyway, AND you have to have certain Feats/Skill for Pre-Reqs, so dipping 1 level of Cleric/Oracle might actually be the better option (so long as Murderous Command is the ONLY off-list spell you'd want).
