As the title - I'm looking for a character focused on physical fighting (ranged or melee), with a secondary focus on Charisma-based abilities and a Chaotic Good or Chaotic Neutral alignment. Drunken meatheadedness optional, but welcome  thoughts on possible classes, anyone?

Make him a paladin(of freedom?) get your DM to switch his paladin code with a bro-code.

Is Drunken Master monk too obvious? Because that's definitely where I'd start.

Yes

Considering some sort of Intimidation-based combat build using the Paladin of Freedom with a Fighter dip for feats and Intimidate as a class skill. What sort of combat style should I use? Currently considering Combat Reflexes with a Reach weapon and Antagonize.

Whenever you intimidate someone, i think you need to shout, "CHUG! CHUG!" or something. Also, see if you can work, "BROMACIA!" as a battle-cry

Being a Cleric of Kord ought to make you good at fighting and potentially well-versed in the ways of drunken debauchery, plus he's conveniently Chaotic Good.

Favored Soul from Complete Divine is effectively the divine version of Sorcerer, and would give you more to do with a good Charisma score. Normally I wouldn't recommend it because of MAD issues, but with this concept you probably won't be casting too many attack spells, so you could dump wisdom(suboptimal but appropriate for the concept I think) and focus solely on pumping Cha for more spells per day.

I think a Drunken Master would work nicely for this.

Close, but this is PF, so the deity he needs to choose is Cayden Cailean. His titles include "Lucky Drunk," "Drunken Hero," or the "Accidental God." His story is that he got drunk one night, a friend dared him to take a trial that elevates you to godhood and when he sobered up the next morning, he was a deity. He is also Chaotic Good.

Being a Fighter means never having to say you're sorry and I don't.

Let me talk to you about being the party leader. The party has to have a leader and it might as well be you. I mean come on, who's gonna fight you for it?
