What was your favourite build that you ever played and why?

My favourite had to have been when I played a gestalt Dragonfire Adept 10//Barbarian 3/Fighter 2/Bear Warrior 5. The look on the DM's face when I go in with a DFA and he plans around my breath weapons and permanent buffs, then I turned into a Hugh Snake and started Power Attacking everything

Wizard 5/Shadowcraft Mage 5

It's the highest level I've ever achieved in a real game. Unfortunately I've never had a DM who had reasonable system mastery in the area of spells (any type of spells) so every time I play a caster the DM is always surprised when I can do things I would consider typical to the class. Grease from that Wizard threw that DM for all kinds of loops, but only half as much as Dimension Door.

My first d&d character is my favorite (I'm also still playing her). She's Druid 7, but i plan to take her to elemental savant. She's also a homebrewed race based on the pixie, but nerfed to la +0 (slower flying, no invisibility, etc).

Basically, she throws/slings fire at people. I use SNA a lot (to summon fire elementals), cast flaming sphere, and have a flaming sling. (her village was almost destroyed by a magical ice spell, so she's kinda taken a liking to fire, as have I). Also, I use her wolf as well as the elementals to flank with the rest of my allies.

Good question! I think my favorites have to be a Cleric into Radiant Servant of Pelor Dwarf that I played a while ago, because we ended up in an undead heavy campaign, and my Totemist (only got to level 6, but Totemist rocks at low levels so it was all good).

The monk who's not a monk. Barbarian 2/Fighter 2/Fist of the Forest 2/Frostrager 2. All the unarmed strikes and decent damage, plus it's hell of fun to run in bare chested and punch a dude across the room.

Honestly, it depends on what I'm aiming for in a character. This fellow, Orlando Lindemann (http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheetview.php?sheetid=409432), is my favorite Crusader. Yes, he's got quite a few more magic items than normal, but an actual player tends to get a lot more stuff than an NPC; as I've played with all of my characters, and so they've gotten some phat lootz.

My next favorite is a Paladin named Ullipsine (http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheetview.php?sheetid=406734), created using the homebrewed mind flayer monster class (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showpost.php?p=7947714&postcount=13). When the eight levels of mind flayer were done with, I added Knight levels to keep up with the Paladin half of the gestalt, and she's come out very, very well.

I have two spellcasters I like very much, one of them being a gestalt Cleric//Paladin/Fighter/Pious Templar, named Himmel Kruspe (http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheetview.php?sheetid=410002). He and Orlando see each other as brothers-in-arms, as they're both members of the Black Cult of Ahm.

The other is a gestalt alhoon, who I made with a few rules being broken, and he was actually aided in his creation by fellows from this very site. I present to you Abstersine (http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheetview.php?sheetid=407312), a mind flayer lich that is a masterful Ultimate Magus and Archmage. He leads a group of rebels that aims to destroy the Elder Brains, though he only wishes for mind flayers to be able to make their own decisions as a species. He is no patron of justice, but he is a patron of freedom, and something as controlling as an Elder Brain, in his mind, has absolutely no right to live.

In my experience thus far, I've been enjoying my current character the most. A Priest 9/Contemplative 1/Runecaster 3. DM permitted to pick whatever domains I wished, and make a god to have them (he wanted to create a new pantheon of gods for his unique world, anyway), so I've got Caves (Earth Subdomain), Rune, Knowledge, and Preservation. And, with Spontaneous Domains, my casting is kept really open every day. My spell preparation pretty much comes down to which buffs I want to have ready, and any utility I might want.
