Chokers as PC's

Hey, guys. I was recently reading through The Glorious CHOKER HANDBOOK (http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?topic=8069.0). It's all about doing cool things with the Choker (http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/SRD:Choker) race. The thing is, the Choker does not have a listed level adjustment. The guide seems to assume that it's just a 3HD race. Is there anything that makes the Choker playable? I really want to play as one.

There are guidelines in the book to turning non PC monsters to PC ones, though. Basically, subtract the stats by ten and round down to the next even number to get stat modifiers, accept RHD, and then the LA had something to do with CR.

That's PF. In 3.5 LA has nothing to do with CR.
