Well, in Pathfinder the Grippli (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/races/monsters-as-pcs#TOC-Grippli), Svirfneblin (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/races/monsters-as-pcs#TOC-Svirfneblin), Tengu (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/races/monsters-as-pcs#TOC-Tengu), Undine (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/races/monsters-as-pcs#TOC-Undine) and Vanara (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/races/monsters-as-pcs#TOC-Vanara) all get +2 DEX and WIS. Asura Spawn tiefling gets it to, if your DM's okay with you using variants, which I don't see why he wouldn't be.

For some reason there doesn't appear to be anything that gives +2 STR and INT. I guess people see strong as being the opposite of smart for some reason
