* Note that I've included some notes about spellcasting where relevant to the goal of gaining more domains (i.e. spellcasting levels lost in order to get them). I have not noted any lost spellcasting levels that occur after domains have been obtained.

Well, there's the Sovereign Speaker from Faiths of Eberron. It takes domains and dials them up to 11.

Dracolyte (Dra) and Swiftwing (DrM) also add domains, and I'm pretty sure that there's another one in the Draconomicon.

A couple of edits for the table in the OP: The first PrC mentioned should read Church Inquisitor (rather than Inquisitive), and the Seeker of the Misty Isle also grants the Magic domain at 7th level.
