For a critfisher build, would Enervating (MIC) or Wounding be a better choice? Also, is there anything else that would do better that's the equivalent of a +2 or under?

Aptitude Weapon for Lightning Mace is very powerful, maybe a bit too much depending on your group. I remember one weapon enchantment giving the crit damage in temp health. And enervating would be stronger if your groups fine with negative levels/ability drain.

Enfeebling (+1, BoED) is rather nasty with its 1D6+2 strength damage (not a penalty, so it stacks) per crit.

+1. Slow Burst (+5000 GP, MIC) is another good low-cost enhancement that triggers on a crit.

I'm also quite fond of Torturous (+1 enhancement, Ghostwalk). Every single hit, target must make a Fort save DC 12 or be stunned for 1 round. Yes, the save DC is pathetically low, but it has unlimited uses, and you can upgrade the save DC to 17 by increasing the enhancement to +2.

Add Pitspawned (+1000 GP, DMGII) for +2 to confirm crits.
