Just an idea for a new feat to allow wordcasters a bit more freedom and make the subsystem a bit more appealing.
Expanded Wordcraft (Wordcaster)
You have learned how to access words normally associated with different fields.
Prerequisites: Int 15, Wordcaster level 3rd
Benefit: You add one word to your spellbook, familiar, or list of spells known of a level no more than one level lower than the highest level you may cast. This word can be taken from a word list of a different class.
Special: You may take this feat multiple times. If you do you learn a new word each time.
This feat increases the versatility of all wordcasters dramatically. It doesn't turn a bard into a wizard, but it does allow access to certain effect words normally not allowed. This feat would allow a wordcaster who took it at every possible opportunity to learn a maximum of six effect words normally associated with another class by level 20.
I'm mostly looking to see if this seems balanced with the rest of Pathfinder's rules, as the Words of Power system as written is somewhat weak imho. Please PEACH.
