Any Guides on converting 4e to Pathfinder?

Hallo. I'm considering converting my home game to pathfinder, but there are some evident difficulties. most obvious is classes that don't really fit into existing pathfinder classes, as far as I know. are there any guides out there to help with this? the party is made up of a Ranger, a Fighter, A Bard, a Rogue, a Seeker, a Swordmage, and a Warden. these last three are the concern.

Wouldn't Swordmage just be a tanky Magus? I'm not too familiar with 4e.

Can't help much with Seekers/Wardens, though I feel the Inquisitor might be able to approximate one of them.

Assault Swordmages are Magus with the Dimensional X tree.
