As in the Obyrith Dagon.

I have read the Demonomicon and the FCI
Any other info on him anywhere?

Well, you can basicly sum up his entire charecter as " Seemingly the only demon lord with a positive connection to the Prince of Demons himself". His main MO in the Prime is to control Innsmouthish seaside towns, benifiting from both the cultests and the half-demons spawned from such unholy contact.

I think you're confusing him with the Duke of Hell of the same name. Either that or they both do it, seeing as how Lovecraft's Dagon was all about that. Otherwise I can't really say anything, since my knowledge of Demons is quite limited.

Actualy, I remember some Dungion Mag that told something around the same lines. A 4e one apperently took that and made it into a decent encounter.

Ah, I see here, Anyways, Dagon (CE) Hates Asmodeas for naming renaming him that.
Dagon(LE) Is a former Duke of hell.

One of the last 3.5e Dungeon magazines (#152 or something, since they switched to 4E after #154) had an adventure that was basically "Shadow over Innsmouth" except in Greyhawk/Eberron/Faerun.

There are other demon lords who have a positive connection to the Prince of Demons, though (assuming you're talking about Demogorgon here, obviously). Zuggtmoy and Big D are cordial with one another, and he's more or less friendly with Ilsidahur. Oh, and he's naturally on good terms with dear old Malcanthet, even if she's manipulating him in the process.

"The Last Breaths Of Ashenport", to be exact. And yeah, it's pretty much that.
