Can't really change it due to flavor reasons... and the -1 spell for each level is gonna hurt lots unless I convince my GM otherwise.
On the plus side, I get:
Starsoul Bloodline Arcana: Whenever you cast an evocation spell, targets that fail their saves are dazzled by tiny sparkling starlights for 1 round per level of the spell.
Bloodline Arcana: Whenever you cast a spell with a verbal component and no somatic or material component, you treat your caster level as if it were one higher.
Not really sure where my direction should be after "verbal evocation spells," although the Pathfinder sorcerer's free Eschew Materials feat (no materials needed for 1gp component spells) grants the tiniest leeway, along with the Still Spell feat.
