List of the best Necromancy debuff spells of each spell level?

As the title asks, I am doing a rather large homebrew project of sorts and It would be very, very, very helpful to me if somebody(or some people) could provide me a list of all the necromancy spells that debuff of each spell level, if at all possible. So, do any of you here wish to do this task?

I just found that today when I was looking into Necromancy spells.

Ray of Exhaustion is good.
