PF Boot Blade and TWF

The description states that it can be used as an off-hand weapon. Does that mean I could use it in combination with a 2h-weapon with the 2hw as the main-hand and the boot-blade as the off-hand?

Yeah, but the mobility problems make it inferior to using armor spikes or free-action swapping the weapon to one hand, using spiked gauntlet, and free-action regrabbing.
