Name:
Wielder of Xenocide
”This sword calls out. It desires the blood of its enemies. IT SINGS FOR THEIR BLOOD.”
The Wielder of Xenocide is the prestige class of absolute destruction. Its purpose, above all else, is the death of a race, and ultimately, their God. The class starts with a Weapon that is the anathema to a race. There are as many of these Weapons as there are races, and whenever a new race comes into existence, a new Weapon surges into existence, usually in the heart of that race’s archenemy. These Weapons can only be wielded by a being with a soul. Those without, or sell their souls to another’s service, can not touch the blades, and are repelled by an invisible and intangible wall. If the chosen enemy race touches the sword, they are almost always destroyed as the Destruction spell.

CAUTION: Using this class will reshape the walls of your campaign world. Take good care, DM's...

Requirements:
In order to become a Sword of Xenocide, a character must fulfill the following requirements.
Base Attack Bonus: +15
Item: A Weapon of Xenocide must be in the possession of the character.

Class Skills:
Skill Points at 1st Level: (4 + Int modifier) × 4.
Skill Points at Each Additional Level: 4 + Int modifier
Alignment: At least one of the Weapon's extremes. (A Chaotic Good weapon must have a wielder of either Chaotic or Good.)
Hit Dice: d10

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: The Wielder of Xenocide is proficient with their Weapon of Xenocide, and that alone. They are also proficient up to heavy armor, and Tower Shields.

Weapon of Xenocide: The core of this class, the Weapon. This Weapon, no matter it’s shape, has the +4, Bane, and Ghost Touch qualities. Against the Weapon’s Enemy Race, known as the Enemy Race, it also has the Vorpal (if bladed melee weapon), Seeking (if Ranged) or Speed (if niether) qualities. (Dungeon Master’s Guide) The Weapon’s shape and Bane choice is up to the DM. The choice is limited to a certain Race, excluding subtype (a Elf Bane Xenocide Weapon doesn't harm Drow as badly, nor does it harm Aquatic Elves or High Elves.)
The Weapon cannot be broken, nor wielded by the Bane race. If the Bane race tries to use the Weapon, they must make a Fortitude check (DC 25) or be utterly destroyed as the Disintegrate spell.

Sworn Enemy: The Wielder of Xenocide has an unnatural hatred of the race for which his sword is meant to destroy. He will always try to attack and kill those of the race he meets that are his enemy. He gains a +5 divine bonus to all Gather Information, Sense Motive, Intimidate, Spot, Listen, and Bluff checks made against the Sworn Enemies. In addition, he gains a +1 divine bonus to attack rolls against the Enemy Race. This bonus increases with every 2 levels of the Wielder of Xenocide class. (+1 at level 1, +2 at level 3, and +3 at level 5)

Detect Race: This functions as the Detect Evil spell, but only functions to detect the race for which the sword is destined to destroy.

Xenocidal Strike: At this level of power, the Wielder has access to greater levels of power. Upon a successful strike, and only once per day, the Wielder instantly slays one creature of his Enemy Race. This effect is negated by a successful Fortitude save (DC = 10 + the Wielder’s total levels). Any enemy slain by this effect is utterly destroyed, as the Disintegrate spell.

Wrath:[b] This ability channels the rage the Wielder feels into his body, making him a more effective killer. Whenever the Wielder deals the last hit that kills a creature that belongs to his Enemy Race, he immediately heals himself for a number of hitpoints equal to the creature's HD, and gains a +1 divine bonus to his Strength. This bonus can only stack up a number of times equal to the Wielder's Level, and lasts 5 minutes per stack before fading completely. Even if he is at full stacks, the Wielder can continue to heal this way.

[b]Find Deity: In order to complete the mission given to them, the Wielder gains the ability to find, see, detect, locate, and all other synonyms of the same, the God, no matter where they are or what form they take. This ability also allows the Wielder to shift to the same plane as the God, as the Plane Shift spell in the Player's Handbook. The coordinates are withing 1 mile of the God, and will never cause the Wielder to emerge in a place that would cause harm to the Wielder. This Plane Shift is usuable once per day as a standard action. The way the seeking manifests is as a tug from the weapon, giving the Wielder the instinctual knowledge of his target.

Deific Xenocide: The Ultimate Technique of the Wielder. This attack is only usable against the God of the Enemy Race. Usable once per year, if the Wielder uses the Weapon to kill the God, all members of the Enemy Race are killed, and utterly destroyed as the Destruction spell. This effect travels through all planes of existence, and affects all those who carry the blood of the Enemy Race within them. It is unpreventable, as this effect targets that which makes one race different from another. No matter where or what condition, all living creatures of the race affected are slain. In addition, all creatures killed by this effect cannot be raised or resurrected until their God is resurrected.

Is this a permanent bonus, or does it only linger temporarily? Did you mean to have the word "heals" and "gains" right next to that, or is only one of them applicable?

Deific Xenocide is monstrous (intentionally so, I'm guessing!) My main concern is that this class has no inherent way to ever find this god. The only suggestion I would make would be to make another class ability, either like Know Direction and Location (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/knowDirectionandLocation.htm) or Discern Location (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/discernLocation.htm), that makes it easier for the Wielder to hunt down the Enemy Race. It could gradually escalated as the Wielder becomes more powerful, at first just letting them find members of the Enemy Race and get more and more powerful until it's possible for the Wielder to (at least try) to find the enemy deity.

Either that, or maybe some kind of bonus to Search skills and the Track class ability/feat.

Alignment: At least one of the Sword’s extremes. (A Chaotic Good

I think this sentence is unfinished.

I added in an ability, and changed another, and reworded, according to your suggestion. Anything else?
