I haven't seen a thread about this yet, but thought it deserved on.

I was just wondering what people thought of the idea, and whether or not they'll be watching.

I've always like Green Arrow, but never really followed his comic line. I'm excited for the show though. I think it has some real potential, but like everything wlse we must wait and see how it all turns out.

Cautiously optimistic on this one, based on the previews and what I read about it from Comic-Con. I've never read Green Arrow (I'm more of a Marvel guy, aside from Batman)

Can't say I'm terribly surprised to see The CW try to duplicate the success of their biggest series. Though they tried that last season with The Secret Circle and that didn't work out so well...

There was talk that they'd show the pilot at Comic Con but there should have been a short comic released there which has been talked about at Kryptonsite.

I ran across this (http://www.cwtv.com/cw-video/arrow/arrow--extended-preview/?play=01313a67-8fc4-4cd7-b58f-1d0b6fe0c8a9) and thought it should go in here.

I'm starting to think this could be a really good show.

Here's hoping this guy learned actual archery for the show, unlike Hawkeye in Avengers.

Hawkeye, not such a bad archer after all. (http://www.wired.com/geekdad/2012/04/avengers-hawkeye-archer-rewind/) Most of the archery complaints were based on the little bits seen in the trailers, and as the article mentions, they may have fixed some of it anyway. *shrug*
