Skin of the Kaletor official source?

Can someone link me to the Dragon Magazine that has the Skin of the Kaletor in it or a link to Dragon Magazine Compendium if it's in there? My DM is considering letting me have it but he wants to see it published somewhere and not just mention online and I can't seem to find it anywhere.
