Insightful Strike stacking and Maneuver Type question

Assuming I have a Factotum that grants me another standard action, do I get x2 Wis mod on damage rolls on the second strike? What if I only make a normal standard action, do I still get the Wis mod bonus on damage rolls for that round?

Secondly, what type are the Shadow TP (Jaunt, Stride, Blink) maneuvers classified as? While they don't indicate that these are boosts, it does seem like one.

Insightful strike is only applied once for each strike. It's not extended to other attacks you make during the same turn.

They are classified as whatever they are classified as. If they are not classified, they aren't.
