Dark Knowledge Without Archivist

Are there any ways for a Wizard to get Dark Knowledge or a similar ability?
I always pump ranks into Knowledge skills and want to have a bigger return in combat.

Knowledge Devotion (Complete Champion) is also a way to get bonuses from Knowledge checks.

Especially if you take Knowledge Devotion i recommend getting the Collector of Stories skill trick from Complete Scoundrel
+5 on a knowledge check on a monster once per encounter

For Urban Savant, does the 10th level grant casting or not? The text and the table disagree and I can't find errata.

If text and table disagree, and there is no errata, then text trumps table by RAW.
