OGL and ToB...What Can I Publish?

Hey All:

I've recently made a bunch of classes that use ToB mechanics, and I was wondering if I can publish them as a free-to-download supplement as long as I do not reveal mechanics... As in:

"The Berserker uses maneuvers gained from the Setting Sun, Stone Dragon, and Tiger Claw martial disciplines, found in Chapter X of The Tome of Battle: the Book of Nine Swords"

Also, would it be infringing if I designed my own maneuvers and included them in the book?

Ummmm... that's something you should be asking an attorney, not a bunch of gamers.

Lol, I'll check it out before I go to print! I think both are allowable, but maybe somebody will be like "dude, no way!"
