So my GM has given the green light for ALL third-party Pathfinder spells, which quite frankly gives me much more leeway to think up interesting things to do with my spellcaster. One of these spells is teleporting strike (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/3rd-party-spells/4-winds-fantasy-gaming---3rd-party-spells/teleporting-strike), which if you read the description, makes one think that this has lots of potential for cheese.

Any ideas on how I can abuse this to any mentionable levels? :D

Just about any spell requiring a touch action would benefit from this.

If it were a Magus spell, it would be blatantly broken. A Magi would have a field day with something like this. I suppose you could play a Magus and just research another version of it for yourself?

I was thinking of starting my turn in flight above the target, teleporting down and then dropping a portable hole, and then dropping a handy haversack bag of holding into the hole either during that turn or when I've teleported back above.

I dunno. What are the rules towards how long it takes for things to fall again?

It's called the Law of Gravity (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Law_of_gravity).

in 3.5 (I can't speak to Pathfinder) things fall 150 feet in the first round, and 300 feet in each subsequent round.

Okay, so how about this:

Begin in flight 150ft above and 1 square next to target

In a single turn,
1. Drop bag of holding
2. Teleport down (level 5 min for allowed range unfortunately)
3. Use standard action to spread out portable hole over the ground
4. Get whisked back up at end of turn

Aand voila.

Exactly how large is that rift to the Astral Plane anyways?
