Would you say pounce is affected by bull rush items?

Pounce is an ability that has to do with charging. Bull Rush is a different combat maneuver than Charging. There is no a priori reason for them to be related. There is also no reason to expect them to be related, which suggests that this wasn't what you intended to ask about. Care to rephrase?
