Great list, also take in mind I have

Scribe Scroll (Item Creation)

You can create magic scrolls.
Prerequisite: Caster level 1st.
Benefit: You can create a scroll of any spell that you know. Scribing a scroll takes 2 hours if its base price is 250 gp or less, otherwise scribing a scroll takes 1 day for each 1,000 gp in its base price. To scribe a scroll, you must use up raw materials costing half of this base price.

And my Wisdom Modifier is +5 already... I would like to get my AC near 30 if possible...

Why?

Only reason I can is for others to use on you.

I'd try to get a Cloak of Resistance in there somewhere. Saves are pretty important, especially if the rest of the party depend on you to save them from whatever conditions the enemies throw around.

I'd rather have a little less AC and a little higher saves, and 30 AC is probably very expensive to achieve at this early point.

If you do want AC, focus on stuff that will stack with your buffs - ex. get amulet of nat. armor before ring of protection, since the latter won't stack with Shield of Faith.

A wand of cure light is nice, though I generally think the party should pool funds for that kind of things.
