Which do you prefer for premade campaigns, modules, adventure paths, and the like: Setting-neutral material or setting-specific material?
Would you rather find an adventure set in, say, Sharn and adapt it to whatever massive, magically-imbued you have in your world, or do you prefer to not have to sift through setting fluff to find the meat your can use for your homebrew world?
