Druids as a Mount?

So, haha we think we might have a midget paliden in our group, is their any sort of rules or such, dealing with someone riding a shape shifted grizzly bear?

Outside of the rules stated for the Ride skill there aren't any that I can think of. Granted there is a penalty for not using a saddle that's all that comes to mind you'll have to worry about.

I think there was a resource book that had rules for riding a biped creature but I can't remember the title for the book, if it even exists.
